Happy Pongal !!!

Margazhithaan odi pochu bhogi aachu !!!!

Well, its bhogi today and I am so sad that I am at this place,not being able to have my mom's bholi...:-(
Thats the delicacy that will be specially prepared for bhogi in South India..And there will be so many other sweets and other items like the paruppu vadai but bholi is the one that tops my list of favourite dishes on a festive day..I will miss shouting "Pongaloo Pongal" at the top of my voice competing with others in my family as to who shouts the best !!!! I will miss the Kanu pongal where we feed the kakaas for the welfare of our dear annans and thambis.

Hopefully the websites wont disappoint me and will update the pongal programs soon so that i can see how Ajith looks in his new film..The pictures remind me of Ajith in Amaravathi and I am curious to see what role he plays and how he has done it. Of course my highly expected movie will be Aadhi with Vijay in the lead..Hoping to see some good "kalakitte thalaivaaaa" stuff from him..Saravana posters look real bad..I couldnt beleive that Simbu has become a gay with a moustache...Wearing all girls costumes (esp that muthu mani maalai...so dumb) and a red flower in the hand..YUCKKY...But since Jo is in the movie..I have to watch the film bearing the moustache gay, sorry guy !


As of now I am gonna throw my ex roommate's belongings out of my house...thats what is going to be my BHOGI here...:-)
